FAQ

Pricing Questions

Billing, trials, plan limits and what changes when you upgrade.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Basic plan is free forever and does not need a card. It includes up to 20 price alerts, email and Telegram notifications, the Chrome extension, a favorites watchlist and Hot Deals with a 10 minute delay.

How does the Pro free trial work?

If you have never had a paid plan, Pro starts with a 1 month free trial. You can cancel from your settings before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

What does 2× and 4× faster checks mean?

Every plan checks live TCGPlayer listings every few minutes. Pro checks your alerts 2× as often as the free plan and Premium 4× as often, so you hear about matching listings sooner.

Why do Hot Deals have a delay on some plans?

Hot Deals are underpriced listings that often sell within the hour. Premium sees them the moment they are found, Pro after 2 minutes and the free plan after 10 minutes.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your settings and you keep your plan until the end of the billing period. You can also switch between Pro and Premium whenever you want.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay with a card or a US bank account, and promo codes are applied at checkout.
